The VP168 was born out of Verner Panton’s determination to create a sofa that seamlessly blended sculptural, organic elements with a sense of precision and simplicity. A believer that every piece of furniture should look equally graceful and appealing from the front and the back, Panton designed the seat with deep seats, soft cushions, and a sweeping back which envelops the sitter.

Although designed in 1987, the sofa remains relevant today thanks to its contemporary features.
